JD type electric bag compound dust collector is a new type of high efficiency dust collector developed by our technicians in engineering practice. Performance characteristics:
1. Dust removal mechanism: because in the electric bag compound dust collector, the flue gas first passes through the electric dust removal area and then slowly enters the post-stage cloth bag dust removal area, the dust collected in the cloth bag dust removal area is only 1/4 of the entrance. In this way, the dust load of the filter bag is greatly reduced and the dust cleaning cycle is greatly prolonged. After the electric dust removal area ionization charge, the charge of the dust improves the filtration characteristics of the dust on the filter bag, that is, the permeability of the filter bag, dust cleaning performance has been greatly improved. Reasonable use of electrostatic precipitator and bag dust collector their respective dust removal advantages, as well as the combination of the two produce new functions, can fully overcome the dust removal disadvantages of electric dust removal and bag dust removal. It is proved that this technology is scientific, reliable and advanced according to the present experimental research and industrial application in power boiler dust. 2, long-term effective and stable operation: the dust removal efficiency of electric bag compound dust collector is not affected by coal, flue gas characteristics, fly ash ratio resistance, and can maintain effective, stable and reliable operation for a long time, so that the emission concentration is less than 30mg/Nm3.
3, low running resistance, long deashing cycle time of filter bag, with energy saving effect: The dust load of electric bag compound filter bag is small, coupled with the effect of dust charge, so the dust layer formed by the filter bag has small resistance to the air flow, and it is easy to clean the dust. The running resistance is more than 500Pa lower than the conventional bag dust collector, and the cleaning cycle time is 4-10 times that of the conventional bag dust collector, greatly reducing the energy consumption of the equipment.
4, long service life of filter bag: because the dust cleaning cycle of filter bag is greatly extended, so the number of dust cleaning is reduced, and the dust permeability of filter bag is strong, the resistance is low, the strength load of filter bag is small, so as to prolong the service life of filter bag.
5. Low operation and maintenance costs: the operation and maintenance costs of the dust collector are greatly reduced by reducing the number of filter bags, prolonging the service life of the filter bag, reducing the operation resistance and prolonging the cleaning cycle.
